Super Winter

Kathryn's daycaretaker snapped this photo. Snow isn't really that common in scenic Seattle, so I'm glad she got the shot. She's hanging with her mate Tita. Meanwhile, I was slip sliding my way to pick her up.

The COLTS are in the Super Bowl. This is most impressive. I'm looking forward to the game, with an unusual anxiousness for this Super Bowl. C'mon Peyton! He's a phenomenal player, so I'm hoping he can pull this one off.

In two weeks, I head to Denver. I understand it's fridgid there, like -10 to -20 C. Yikes. The weather is supposed to moderate before our arrival, so maybe I can bring a little Seattle with me and warm it up. :)

Another find: I love our local NPR radio station KPLU. Jazz. They play Jazz, an almost forgotten American art. They not only play Jazz, they play GOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOD Jazz. What's better they have 24-7 online streaming. Fantastic. Have a listen. Click on the link.

happy day.
